Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek 2: Uplifting Watercolors

It's day 2 of sneak peeks for the October release from Taylored Expressions!!  Today I get to show you one of two new sets of pre-printed watercolor cards.

Be sure to check all of the other designers starting on the Taylored Expressions blog because there is too much for one designer to show off in just a few days.

All the products that I have used are linked at the bottom, but remember that new products aren't live until Thursday, November 5, 7 a.m. PST.

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog each Sneak Peek Day this week for details on how you can enter to win.

In last month's release, Taylored Expressions introduced pre-printed watercolor panels with this Christmas set. I made this card with the Oh Holy Night panel. I was so excited when I saw that there are two more sets this month! One is a general set called Keep in Touch with sentiments such as Happy Birthday, Thank You and many more. For today, I am using a set called Uplifting which is full of Bible verses and Christian sentiments.

I made four basic cards using the same concept and layout, with the idea that they could be packaged up with a ribbon and given as a gift. Each is very simple so the full focus is on the lovely image.  I wanted this set to fit different themes and moods, so although each is a Bible verse, I did a rich, fall card, a bright springy card, etc.

The embossing folders on the coral flowers and on the sunflower are the previously released Dotted Lattice and Leafy Vine. The other two are using brand new embossing folders with this release: On the Spot and Braided.

Be sure to head over to the TE blog to see the other sneak peeks for today and to leave a comment for your chance to win a prize!
